General Policy
The Greenwich Roundtable treat s its members and subscribers’ nonpublic personal information (NPI) with confidentiality and respect. The Greenwich Roundtable protects personal information it may collect about individual members and subscribers by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that meet or exceed the applicable legal requirements found in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (the “GLB Act”) and those rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Federal Trade Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, including Regulation S-P, implementing the GLB Act (collectively, the “Privacy Rules”). The Greenwich Roundtable privacy policy (the “Policy”) has been designed in respect of any individual Members and subscribers, (collectively, members and subscribers) to (i) insure the security and confidentiality of Members and subscribers records and information; (ii) protect against any anticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of Members and subscribers records and information; and (iii) protect against unauthorized access to or use of Members and subscribers records or information that could result in substantial harm or inconvenience to any members and subscribers. While The Greenwich Roundtable has always considered the protection of sensitive information to be a sound business practice and a foundation of Members and subscribers trust, in keeping with the goals sought to be achieved by the GLB Act and the Privacy Rules, its Policy seeks to insure the protection of information relating to individual persons to whom The Greenwich Roundtable may furnish information.
NPI is defined within the rules to mean all information which may be obtained by a financial institution with respect to a Members and subscribers to whom a financial service or product may be provided by such institution, but does not include publicly available personally identifiable financial information except to the extent such information is disclosed in a manner that indicates an individual is a consumer of the financial institution.

The Greenwich Roundtable limits the use and collection of information about members and subscribers to the extent necessary to administer its business and provide its services. In general, The Greenwich Roundtable may collect the following information from certain of its members and subscribers: sources of wealth, total net worth, portfolio investments.
Information The Greenwich Roundtable receives on its registration form, including but not limited to, members and subscribers names, mailing and legal addresses, home and business telephone and telefax numbers, countries of citizenship, and investment experiences.
